We have been customers of Prime Acura for years and went back recently to test drive the new MDX. Dale Weaver was the sales representative that helped us. When we decided that we were interested in buying the new MDX he was very helpful in securing the color and interior of our choice from another dealership in Boston. I have leased 2 TL's from Prime & will soon be going back for a 3rd. Clearly, if I was not completely satisfied, I'd have no reason to be a repeat customer. Checked out a lot of vehicals on line. Hit a few of the dealers just to narrow the selection. Honda and Audi never made an attempt to talk to me. Hard to believe. Went to Prima Acura. Came back and went for a test drive. Everypart of the buying process was a easy, quality experience. They found the car I wanted. The pricing was lower that I exspected. No haggling. The salesman actually went a 100 miles away to picked it up. They installed all the accessories perfectly. Car was perfect. They ran me through how to opertare all the bells and whistles. I first went to the Acura dealership in Walpole to have my car serviced and renew my registration. After careful inspection, I was informed that my car was in need of some serious repairs. When I realized I wanted to trade in my car, they had mine appraised and I was introduced to Henry. He immediately made my feel comfortable and went out of his way to help me out (he even came in on his day off to meet me). I have been a customer of this dealership for quite a while. Went in to discuss my options at the end of a lease. Met with Dale who showed me the latest in the line I was looking for. Shortly thereafter I walked out with an excellent price and the paperwork for a new TL which was coming in from another state (in order to meet with colors and options that I wanted) Car came in--paperwork with Dale and the manager was a breeze, set up was equally so and off I went. I take all my service right back to the dealer as well. They know me and my car and I can always get a loaner if routing mantainance will take longer than an hour. Dealership takes pride in knowing their customers and repeat business. Its clean, easily accessible and a pleasure to do business with. More
