I inquired about a new Acura lease with Prime Acura and received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any dealership. My questions about the lease terms were ignored regardless of as received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any dealership. My questions about the lease terms were ignored regardless of asking for a simple answer to my questions on 3 occasions. In addition, I received price quotes that were not calculated correctly and when I asked for an explanation as to why the numbers were not adding up my questions were again ignored. Eventually, I ended up corresponding with the General Manager of the dealership and his service level was the most abhorrent of all. I do not trust this dealership and was treated with disrespect at this dealership (by having my repeated requests for information ignored) and would recommend that others seek a different dealership where the management staff respects potential customers and provides them with honest information. More
My 2005 Acura TL drives like the first day I got it after having the 45k service done. The entire car was immaculate inside and out. Kudos to the Service and Car Care specialists that worked on my vehicle! Y having the 45k service done. The entire car was immaculate inside and out. I purchased a used 2006 TL at Prime Acura. I had been searching for a car for approximately a month and had not many pleasant experiences during the search. I was pleasantly surprised at Prime Acura the searching for a car for approximately a month and had not many pleasant experiences during the search. I was pleasantly surprised at Prime Acura the sales representative (Melissa Reavill) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I picked the car up the next day and notice a couple of minor issues. I called the dealership and was told just come on in to the service department. The service representative (George Flaherty) was very helpful, when the repair took slightly longer than expected, I was provided an loaner car until my repairs were completed. The Prime Acura Sales and Service Departments are first rate and I highly recommend this dealership. More
Recently purchased an RDX from Prime. Joe was easy to work with, very helpful throughout the process, and he was willing to work out a fair deal very professionally. While shopping for an RDX I met Nick at Prime and couldn't say nicer things about Nick - very thorough; easy to deal with; friendly; and overall a great salesperson. Throughout the ownership of my Acura MDX I have visited the Walpole dealership many times. The change in attitude, customer service and overall aura since the Prime takeover is absolutely incredible. Upon visiting the dealership for service I accidentally entered through the front showroom instead of driving around back. I was immediately greeted by two cheerful sales people who could not do enough for me. They escorted me to the service desk were a representative immediately acknowledged my presence and while multitasking not only addressed my vehicle but completed his present clients needs. Before I even had a chance to look at my watch the process was completed and I was handed keys and escorted to a loaner vehicle. With a quick vehicle safety review I was on my way. At days end I returned to pick up my vehicle which the service department had confirmed by telephone was ready. The service writer recognized my face and immediately retrieved my paperwork before I even had a chance to say my name. I though to myself “how refreshing these people really care”. In two shakes of a stick my paperwork was reviewed and complete. As I was exiting the service area the general manager greeted me with a big handshake and sincerely questioned my satisfaction with the total experience. He even walked me toward my vehicle confirming they were here for me in any capacity. To my surprise he even helped me transfer my belonging from the loaner car back to my vehicle I was truly amazed by the entire experience. While driving home I couldn’t believe how quick and painless the whole experience was. Keep up the good work! More

This was the second of five Acura dealers that I planned to visit. Did not go to any more as Matt Pinto was a most effective salesman. The transactions were handled very competently by Denis Rochefort, the Business Manager. Everything was smooth and the car was picked up at the end of October, 2008. Since, Matt has called regularly to check up on how I am doing, and has been chasing answers on how to manage the extensive features of the voice-actuated systems. All went very smoothly, they had the car I wanted in stock, at a fair price, and the follow-up has been better than I have ever had in many car purchases. More
