This is my second Acura purchased at the dealership. My experience with purchasing my new 2011 Acura MDX was outstanding. He helped us compare other vehicles against the Acura. and was very patient while we took the time to test drive other vehicles. He followed up to see if we had any questions or if he could offer assistance, but never did it feel like sales pressure. He was able to answer all the questions we had about the 2011 Acura, comparing it to our older one, and described many more features that we were not aware of. He worked with us to get a very fair price and followed up to offer his help after we had the new car for a few days. Also, as I mentioned in the beginning, this is my second Acura from this dealership. The service staff is outstanding as well. I have a 2007 MDX that has only been serviced at Prime and we can not say enough positive things about them. Always accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. I have now purchased two MDXs from Ellen Gallagher. We still have both of them. They are great cars, but Ellen is an even better salesperson. The "typical" sales person in the car business knew less about their own product than I did. When I'd ask a question they didn't know the answer to, they would simply try to bluff their way out of it. Not very confidence inspiring. You won't get any of that from Ellen. She is knowledgeable and allows buyers to work at their own pace. There is never the typical sales pressure. She really seems concerned about building a long term relationship rather than just the one time sale. That is what I want in a car salesperson I am dealing with. I highly recommend you talk with Ellen about your car needs. You won't be disappointed. More

We just bought a brand new Acura MDX at the Prime acura. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Leandra Khouri. She has gone beyond her job as a saleperson. Unlike other salepersons from other car dealers either very pushy or neglect their customers, Prime Acura in general and Leandra specifically takes her time and explains different things to us so we can know the car better. Leandra takes care the whole thing from A to Z when we bought the car. She works hard on the price so we can get the best deal and all the paperworks, finance, registration and a beautiful car at the end. A few weeks after we got the car, we have a lillte paint scrapes on the side of the car, again Leandra has gone beyond her job and took care of the paint scratches and gave us back a perfect scratch-free MDX. we are very satisfied with Prime Acura and highly reccommend Leandra if anyone comes to look for a car there.
