We genuinely enjoyed our two visits in Westwood while looking for a new car. Tony Romain’s enthusiasm and passion were refreshing considering popular generalizations associated with this business. He was knowledgeable and his tutorial before our test drive was not only excellent but also entertaining. It was great to have a tour of the entire facility and observe a service technician (John?) working on a brand-new vehicle making sure all systems worked smoothly. We learned from Lenny Goldwasser, general sales manager, about company’s focus on customer experience through wise recruitment and training.
