Tire pressure sensor pricing can vary based on the vehicle, the sensor type, (OEM vs Aftermarket), and whether programming and installation are included. Our Quote of 180.00 reflects not only the part itself, but also the professional diagnosis, installation and calibration performed by our certified technicians using factory equipment. I also want to make it clear that in the event we do all four sensors, the labor is reduced to maintenance pricing which would lower the cost to be similar to the other quote you received. That said, we never want any of our customers to feel uncertain about a quote. We'd be happy to review the details of your estimate and go over any questions you have to ensure you're getting the right solution at a fair value. The total price I was quoted by another Ford dealership was $425, for 4 tire sensors and the same service that you stated above. Due to all of the past issues with my vehicle, which includes poor customer service from your service department, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I don't appreciate when a provider of services takes advantage of their customers. It's morally wrong. I also find it condescending that you wrote a response and put a positive spin on the topic but failed to respond to my previous emails relating to the poor customer service I received approximately 6 months ago. Don't pick and choose. You should treat every complaint with professionalism, not just the ones that can be read by the public. Lastly, please do not contact me. Thank you!
