I have not purchased a car in over 10 years, but found myself having to look for a car. I decided to look for a used car at Langway Ford in Auburn, Ma. At the dealership, Peter took the time to see if any other cars might have been aded to their website that I might also be interested in. The first car I looked at was a Ford Fusion with low mileage within my price range. Loved it at first sight. I was advised to look at a couple other cars to make sure. The staff took the time to move cars around so that I could test drive the cars before I made my final decision. After severel test drives, I knew the Fusion was the right decision. The financing and other paperwork was done quick and the car was ready within days. After getting the car, there was a small problem, which waas handled the same day. It was handled by Matt and since it would take several hours, Harold lent me his hybrid Fusion for the afternoon. The Sales and Service staff are very friendly and an enjoyment to work with. The choices at Langway were plentiful, so that was not the easiest task. Kris remained patient, helpful, and friendly as he helped me decide, even when I was between one car or the other. He made me feel confident in my choice, and two months later I am still positive that the 2010 Ford Focus I chose was the right car for me. I am very pleased that I received many wonderful features and low mileage for the price that I paid. I was excited that I arrived at the dealership not sure about what I wanted and completed my purchase with his assistance by the end of the night. Justin McElroy was extremely helpful with finance and warranty options. He was quick and efficient with assistance in affordable financing and gave me plenty of options for warranties before helping me choose which coverage was best for my car. Both Justin and Kris stayed late to help me finalize my transaction. They were patient and friendly the whole time. The responsiveness was great to my questions and the pricing could not be matched anywhere. The ease of the transactions with registation and insurance was phenominal as I did not have to do anything but show up and drive away. The car was perfect as promised. There were no problems, surprises or extra fees. I do not normally go out of my way to write reviews or do surveys, but these guys deserve the accolades because they turned a sometimes pain experience into an easy one. More
