He made me feel confident in my choice, and two months later I am still positive that the 2010 Ford Focus I chose was the right car for me. I am very pleased that I received many wonderful features and low mileage for the price that I paid. He was quick and efficient with assistance in affordable financing and gave me plenty of options for warranties before helping me choose which coverage was best for my car. The wait at the factory was suppose to be three months, but I needed it sooner. Mr. Langway put the order in personally, made several phone calls, followed up and got the new car to me in 5 weeks! The responsiveness was great to my questions and the pricing could not be matched anywhere. The ease of the transactions with registation and insurance was phenominal as I did not have to do anything but show up and drive away. The car was perfect as promised. There were no problems, surprises or extra fees. I do not normally go out of my way to write reviews or do surveys, but these guys deserve the accolades because they turned a sometimes pain experience into an easy one. More
