Good about telling us what was wrong. Was told when we called it was free diagnostic test. Dropped Ford off, took Key and my phone number..Never said anything to me just call you tomorrow Was told when we called it was free diagnostic test. Came to pick it up because it was way to expensive to have it fix, said it $195 for the diagnostic test. Lied to me said I was told. Should go back to the phone call from last 2 weeks ago from my phone number and you will hear her say it is a free diagnostic..l maybe worker needs to be educated about fee More
