Order intake person was Very efficient and cordial. Vehicle was in for a typical oil change. Vehicle was not taken in for the scheduled service over two hours after appointment time. Time for the service and inspection was around 45 minutes which is typical. Biggest issue is the additional 2 hours the vehicle was worked on. This is in need of considerable improvement. More
