Madisyn was excellent as my main point-of-contact. New to the dealership, but really authentic and genuine. Clearly wanted to make sure everything went well, which was appreciated. I interacted wit New to the dealership, but really authentic and genuine. Clearly wanted to make sure everything went well, which was appreciated. I interacted with Lauren Ostiguy as well three times over the course of the purchase and the pick-up, and it was a very cold experience. I hope I caught her on a pair of bad days, but even understanding what her role was supposed to be in the transaction, it felt condescending to both me and Madisyn. The reason for three stars is that the overall experience was just very protracted. I walked in, had already done a test drive elsewhere so I knew the model and specifications of the car I wanted (and didn't care about color). We got to the number I wanted for the lease... and then I just couldn't get out of there. After all-but-signing for the car, I waited 45 minutes just to meet with Jim in finance; and he proceeded to try and upsell me from a $400/month lease to a $525/month lease. The approach that was taken so matter-of-factly just didn't sit well with me. I am young(er) and (mostly) intelligent, but could imagine someone in their 50's or 60's being overwhelmed and being steamrolled by the same tactic. The whole process really could have taken under an hour and I spent over 3 hours in the dealership that day and left relatively annoyed, despite the fact I should have been excited to have bought my first new car. On the day I went to pick up the vehicle- one week later- it took almost another two hours. There were issues with communication between the dealership and the insurance company, but eventually they received the paperwork that was necessary for me to walk out with the keys. I walked in with my wallet open, and I don't think I could have been an easier client to deal with and it still took a ton of time. So with that in mind, plan for 3+ hours minimum if you're going in and aren't entirely sure of the car that you want. Love the car. Have always loved going to them for service. First sales experience left plenty to be desired. More
