Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the diagnostic process during your recent visit. When your appointment was scheduled, we advised that scanning the vehicle for diagnostic trouble codes would be free of charge. Once your vehicle arrived, we completed that complimentary scan and explained the findings. At that point, we let you know that to further diagnose the issue beyond the basic code scan, there would be a $195.00 diagnostic fee- this is standard procedure and was clearly communicated before any additional work was done. We understand that there may have been a misunderstanding, but our team only proceeded after receiving authorization. We value transparency and always aim to ensure our customers are fully informed before moving forward.
