Good scramble to fix my car I brought my 2013 Ford fusion in for a recall repair. Because of a miscommunication between me and rm the repair associate, I was scheduled for a drop I brought my 2013 Ford fusion in for a recall repair. Because of a miscommunication between me and rm the repair associate, I was scheduled for a drop-off, not a wait appointment, which takes much longer. However the manager was able to squeeze my car in and I was done in less than an hour! Excellent customer service! More

Edge front brakes I took my 2013 Edge in for service because I had a shimmy in the steering wheel when I would brake. I also was due an oils change at this time as well I took my 2013 Edge in for service because I had a shimmy in the steering wheel when I would brake. I also was due an oils change at this time as well. I received a phone call when they had diagnosed the problem to let me know what it was as well as the cost. I am overall happy with the service I received there. On a minor note I would have appreciated if they had replaced the oil change sticker to the new mileage so I know when to bring it back in. A sincere thank you to the service department. More
