Exceptional service department!!! This is my second review of this dealership. The first was 5 stars on the purchase, and this is the service department review. After buying my Ford Flex, used, and well after my warranty had expired, it developed an ABS issue, Over my pay grade, so I drove it back and dealt with Rick. He immediately offered me a free diagnosis. In fact, during the diagnosis, they found a separate issue, unrelated to ABS, now here's why I'll buy my next vehicle from Prime. They gave me a loaner, fixed the ABS and repaired a different issue, out of warranty, at no charge. Period. No discussion, arguing. No nothing. Just no charge. When my lease on my wife's car is ending, I will absolutely head back to Prime!!!!! More

Don’t buy from Prime Ford I have bought many cars, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, and heavy equipment. This was absolutely my worst buying expirence after having dealt with 15+ deal I have bought many cars, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, and heavy equipment. This was absolutely my worst buying expirence after having dealt with 15+ dealers in the past. Prime’s business pratices are shady at best. Remember, dealers get incentives for sending loans to banks and Prime will “shotgun” your credit even after asking them to only submit it to one bank. They the are looking out for the dealers best interest and not the customer. My brand new vehicle was delivered to my home because I had to meet them at town hall for registration reasons and living in NH. At delivery, my brand new car had an excessive amount of sand on both the passenger and drivers side carpet, at the dealer when there were dirt marks/scuffs on the inside door panel which were still present, there was plastic wrapping on the doors, console, seats that were not removed during the alleged preping process, a scratch on the dash board plastic, the license plate holder was hanging off the car, didn’t wax it as they stated they would and the same check engine light that was on from when I viewed the car at the dealer. They didn’t prep the car or even make sure all mechanical systems were functioning properly. Not to mention, it would have been difficult to miss the check engine light during the 65 miles it took to deliver the vehicle, blinking and flashing every couple minutes. After informing them of these issues I was not a concern but rather a hinderance. If I had not already bought the vehicle prior to delivery I would not have taken it. I certainly plan on spreading my experience with other sources. More

After the sale I experienced some squealing (embarrassing) while driving. I brought my new truck back three times for the same issue. Each time I waited in the waiting room for hours, I was assured it was fixed and each time the noise continued. After driving back and forth multiple times and waiting for many hours I was sent on my way again only to experience the same noise again. I finally dropped it off on a Sunday night for repair on Monday (fourth time) I was called Monday afternoon and informed it would cost me 480.00 for new brake pads. I denied service and headed there to get my vehicle. I spoke to multiple employees who all felt like I was right to be upset. They sent me to the manager who tried to explain to me that the high cost was due to their “MASTER TECHNICIANS” providing a higher quality of work than a typical mechanic. The same master mechanics that couldn’t fix a squeal noise after multiple visits. I have wasted many hours in wait time, miles driven back and fourth and time off work. I have zero satisfaction, confidence or respect for the service department and management at PRIME FORD AUBURN. Here’s the funny part... each time I was there I had to fill out some survey and I observed many others forced to fill out the same survey with the manger breathing down their/my neck. Interestingly enough this time I wasn’t offered a survey. STAY AWAY FROM THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS MANAGMENT AND DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARANTIES FROM THEM EITHER. YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED OR RESPECTED!! More
