I would have given 5 stars except the fact that I can’t get anyone to call me back. Bought a beautiful truck (used) Denali over a month ago and still don’t have the second key. Service review With the exception of the outlandish price of the services rendered, my first experience with this dealership (under it’s current ownership) was . . . With the exception of the outlandish price of the services rendered, my first experience with this dealership (under it’s current ownership) was . . . acceptable. The service tech was courteous and didn’t recommend any additional services to gouge me. The wait was acceptable as well. However, the fees for the services are beyond outrageous. Nearly $70 for an oil change is purely unacceptable. While I didn’t have a terrible experience, the price gouging for services ensures that I will not return for service. Perhaps warranty service, but even then, I can’t trust a place that holds you up for a $70 oil change. More
