I was greeted by Dick Fennelly who was extremely courteous, friendly, and made me feel at ease right away. I let him know that I was interested in a 2013 Ford F-150 and he showed me what was available and asked if I wanted to take one for a test drive which I did. We then ran some numbers on the vehicle. At that time there was another F-150 that I was interested in, and Dick told me I could take that one for a ride also. When I returned we sat down to talk; Dick was a straight shooter and I let him know I wasn't going to sign on the dotted line that day, and he never made me feel any pressure about anything. He told me he would work with me to locate the truck I was looking for. It was near closing time and I told Dick that I would return on Monday, 2/17, and would contact him. When I got to the dealership the next day there was a brand new 2013 F-150 that I had seen when leaving the previous day. Again, Dick let me take that truck for a test ride and he ran the numbers which turned out to be in line with my budget. On 2/17 I purchased the vehicle and drove it home that day. Overall I was exceptionally satisfied with all of the assistance that Dick provided and I would refer Langway Ford and Dick to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Bob Shea Charlton, MA More
My experience at this dealership was one that both myself and my Grandmother have ever had. I am 20 years old and this was my first time buying a car. I had been researching local dealerships and car lots and my Grandmother have ever had. I am 20 years old and this was my first time buying a car. I had been researching local dealerships and car lots and came up with some dealerships that I wanted to visit that were around the area that I live in. I went to Imperial in Mendon, MA and had the worst experience, my experience was so bad that I wanted to stop car shopping and continue to drive my 2000 plymouth neon that had 184,000 miles on it. However, I decided to go to Diamond Chevrolet in Auburn,MA. Again I was disappointed as there advertisements and the information that they gave us about a certain vehicle that I was interested in was untrue. I was discouraged and just wanted to go to a used car lot and look for a car instead. However, we saw langway ford just up the street and decided to go in. Right when we walked in it was completely different from any of the dealerships I had been to. There were so many people wanting to buy cars and/or picking up the new cars that they just bought. I looked at the reviews online and with fewer reviews than Diamond Chevrolet they had a better rating. Diamond Chevrolet was completely empty and could be compared to leaches because we were the only customers in their everyone wanted to make a sale. Dick Finnelly sat us down at his desk and we told him what we were looking for and to see if he could help us out in any way. He was a very friendly sales man that helped us immensely. I could not thank him enough as he just sold me a 2009 Ford Focus that I am absolutely in love with. I never thought I would be a Ford owner however I am so happy that I am. Langway Ford takes car of there customers and cares deeply about customer service. They are the only dealership that have their owner right their in the store and who actually talks to their customers like they are human beings and doesn't try to take advantage of them. Although I am only 20 they didn't try to take advantage of me like other dealerships had in the past and I respected that very much. I am very pleased with this dealership and I know that anyone who goes to this dealership will have a great experience just like I did. More
I selected the vehicle that I wanted on the internet. Went to the dealer & met Mr. Fennelly. He was busy digging the cars out of the snow after a recent snowstorm. He asked me if he could help me & I told him about the car I was looking for. He got the keys for the car & together we found it in the lot. I checked out the car & assured Dick it was the car I wanted. We went into the dealership & we agreed on a price & payments. My overall experience at this dealership: One of the best experiences I have ever had, either with the salesman or the dealership. Could not be more satisfied with both. Dick is a true gentleman when it comes to selling cars; no pressure & a relaxed experience. Both salesman & dealer are the best I have had in 47 years of buying new or used Fords. More
We were looking to buy a new car. We drove the 2002 Buick for 12 years. My wife suggested a Ford Focus Hatchback. ("it's cute"). I knew I wanted to go to Langway Ford after reading their adds and ta Buick for 12 years. My wife suggested a Ford Focus Hatchback. ("it's cute"). I knew I wanted to go to Langway Ford after reading their adds and talking with other people who had bought cars from them. Our salesperson (Josh Voisine) was extremely helpful. Asked what we didn't want in a new car and directed us to a 2014 Focus. We test drove the car and were pleased with the comfort and ease. No hassles, no extreme sales pitch, no trying to get us to buy "up". Josh explained everything in detail. We picked the car up two days later, again, no hassles. Josh went over everything he had already explained and my wife drove off in her new car. I would highly recommend Langway Ford over other dealerships and am proud to tell family and friends about the great experience we had. More

My sales representative David Hanes is a very professional and courteous gentleman. He’s a man of integrity and accountability. As a result I can rely on and trust Dave because of his qualities professional and courteous gentleman. He’s a man of integrity and accountability. As a result I can rely on and trust Dave because of his qualities as a sales person, the service he provides and his reliability to communicate in a caring manner is what I admire most about him. I will recommend Dave to everyone I know and have already done so on many occasions, as this is the second new vehicle I purchased from him at Langway Ford in two years. I want to thank Dave for such great service and Langway for employing an individual like him. I do however want to address an issue, not a reflection on Dave but a suggestion and complaint toward Langway Dealership; I do wish Langway would honor their rebates even though it has changed over a day period. This didn’t make much sense to me, as I understand these rebates do not have a listed expiration date, and sales persons are not informed of the rebate expiration until the day of. This is not a good approach, but a deceptive sales tactic to make or force a customer to buy a vehicle that day because tomorrow the rebate may not be offered. As a dealer these rebates are what help drive business I get that, but what drives business even more is a clear offering to allow customers the freedom to make a decision given a timeline for the rebate being offered. This, in my opinion would increase business even greater because the choice or decision is put back into the customers hands and the customer doesn’t get uncomfortable about the decision but more likely to with less pressure. It’s not a small purchase, therefore makes sense to offer a clear rebate timeline, unlike small purchases. As a result I had to pay $500 more for the vehicle because of this policy or lack of and not happy; again not a reflection on Dave but due to Langway’s policy. I feel that Langway should honor the rebate or accommodate me as a customer as I was ready to purchase the vehicle during the rebate offering but wanted to mull it over a few days and then was deterred by inclement weather, only to find out a day later the rebate was no longer offered. If I knew when the rebate expired I would have made the choice either way but then be ok with the additional $500 by my choice knowing that it expired pre-hand. Instead lost out because I was not given the choice, it's at this point not even the money its the principal, I believe you get my point here and hope that Langway considers this suggestion and comment. It appears that it means more to Langway to get the additional $500 than to satisfy me as a customer, because when asked, after being a return customer they wouldn’t accommodate me and honor the difference. More
My experience with this dealership and especially Jack Fino was wonderful. It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I always feel sick having to look for a car. I tend to find the dealerships that I have dealt with in the past, made me feel smothered and pushed into a price I was not prepared to spend and felt pressured. This was not my experience at Langway Ford. I saw their add in the paper and was pleased to see it was a truthful add. Everybody from the Sales consultant to the GM and Finance Agent was extremely helpful and pleasant. I have already recommended Langway Ford to several friends. More

My wife and I traveled to Auburn from Chicopee to purchase a 2014 Ford Fusion that we had driven the week before. Unfortunately, when we returned home we found scratches on the front bumper. Langway was very quick to have the car returned and plans to correct the problem to our satisfaction. I appreciate this. Also, we had a number of conversations with the sales manager and the owner during our stay there. They are very friendly and helpful. The steep discount brought us to the dealership and we were not disappointed. More
