Horrible service Dropped my car off at Langway on 7/1, still waiting to get my car back on 7/15. Called 3 times to get an answer as to the problem. According to Langwa Dropped my car off at Langway on 7/1, still waiting to get my car back on 7/15. Called 3 times to get an answer as to the problem. According to Langway, Ford wouldn't release a piece needed to complete the repair. Was told today, might have my car back by 7/17. Eighteen days to fix a car. That is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
