I called the dealership to inquire about a price advertized in a newspaper that sounded too good to be truth and that a number of other dealers couldn't match. I drove over an hour and was greeted by Justin, a sales person who showed me all the vehicles with the advertized price. Within two hours of arriving at the dealership we have arranged the financing and purchase of a brand new Fiesta for my daughter. There were no gimmicks or pressure at all. We would have taken delivery of the new car that night if we didn't need new plates and since the registry was closed, the car was delivered the following day. Justin was off at the time that my daughter went to pick up the car but he still took the time to go back to the dealer to deliver the car and help her with the technology of the Bluetooth, radio, etc. Overall, in over 40 years buying cars, this was the best experience with a dealer by far. I hope other dealers learn from Langway Ford. More
Spec'd up a 2013 Focus Titanium with Lamoreux Ford in Spencer, MA and was ready to drop the order. When I called to speak to a sales person, I was hooked up with Pete Mathieu whom I knew when he was at Webster-Dudley Lincoln Mercury. Pete and his former team had always taken gfood care of my wife and me. I had purchased 4 cars from him in the past 10 years so I was happy to be doing business with him again. Car was ordered in mid-January and arrived 2/25. Delivery went smoothly using Elmer Voisin as the final sales contact. As I waited for my car to be brought up, I had the opportunity to listen as other sales people were helping other customers. All the conversations were polite, professional and were placing new customers at ease with the car buying process. Was very pleased with the entire process. I was kept informed on my cars progress as it made its way east from Detroit and the final delivery process was painless. Happy to have Jim Langway in Auburn! More
After seeing the weekly Ad I called about a 2013 Ford Explorer. They quoted a price over the phone and that was the price I paid at signing. No added costs. They had a member of their team go over the vehicle with me, not for 2 minutes but for about 20 minutes. Everything the dealership told me was true. No run around. The price was approximately 2-3 thousand below any other quote I received. I had called three other local dealers to get quotes. In closing I gave this rating for several reasons: honesty, price and the fact that Chris Rogers made the experience stress free. Don't believe the other reviews and if you are going to work with a salesman, ask for Chris Rogers. More

And it doesn't hurt that they offered the best deal on a brand new (2013) Ford Focus in a 300 mile radius. If I can sell my wife's car quick enough I will be going back to them and buying another Focus! Can't say enough good things about this dealership. When I first came in, I kept hearing about outstanding customer service of Langway Ford. And George repeatedly said he was going to take care of me. These are easy words for a salesman and I was skeptical at first. But my experience has been just what I was promised so far. The truck looks flawless and virtually spotless: the breaks and tires were replaced, and the truck was extensively serviced. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasently surprised to se some of the old faces along with many new ones. The atmosphere was pretty much the same but the pace was much faster as they are a much large dealer. Although it was quite busy when I got there someone was right there to see if I needed help. They set me up with salesman Josh Voisine who was very helpful in finding me the right car.I wanted to lease the vehical but wasn't sure I would qualify. WE went to sales mgr Pete Mathieu and between him and finace man Brian Meola were able to get me a great deal on a new Fusion. When I got home from picking up the car I got a phone call from Pete who told me they forgot to tell me they had noticed a small scratch on the door and said they wanted to fix it at my convienince. There aren't too many dealers who would have done that. I wuold reccomeand this dealership to anyone looking for a car and hope to do business with them for many years to come. More
