I requested a quote on line and later received a call from Pete and told him we would be in on wed to look. Got to the dealership around 9am and by 11am we were driving home in our new Escape. Mike programmed my phone into the sync system and went over how everything worked. This was the easiest car buying experience we ever had. Have recommended Mike and everyone at Langway Ford to everyone we talk to. They have even called me a few times to see if there were any issues with the vehicle. They are all fantastic. Imagine my surprise when I stopped in a few days later and Justin told me he found an even better rate! Who does that? Talk about going out of your way for a customer! They will give you a price that is hard to beat! I bought a used 2010 Lincoln MKS from the Langway team. The whole experience was without pressure. I don't buy cars often (last one was 8 years ago) and they gave me the time I needed to think about the best car for me (not for them to sell to me). The entire staff was very friendly...salesman, finance, and General Manager. Langway had a great inventory of cars which allowed me to try out compare each vehicles' features...I matched my desired car needs with my price point. The price was the among the lowest of similar cars at different dealers. There was no haggling on the price; rather it was all about getting me into the right car for me. After I signed to buy the car (and traded my old one in), I needed to run to the bank to get a check to complete the deal. They gave me a loaner for an hour without question. This sounds minor but I would otherwise have to come back the following week (take another day off, find someone to drive me over, etc). I really appreciate this quick loaner. I've never posted a review before, but the service was so good, I was compelled. More
