I was very impressed with the way they did the 25 point inspection. I originally went in for an oil change. When the tech was doing the inspection he noticed that my brakes were pretty low, He took a video of the underside of my car, pointed out the breaks so I could see what needed to be done. Other dealerships I have gone to just told me my breaks were low & I had to take their word. They also sent a text explaining what needed to be done, and the reason behind it, along with the price of the service. I liked this much better then the service person coming over to me telling me what needed to be done and the price in front of the other customers. All I had to do was acknowledge if I wanted the work done or not, and send it back. It is more discreet between the service person & myself. Zach came over apologized for the the wait, but I understood since they were doing more then originally asked. He also said they had just ordered pizzas & asked if I would like some. Which I did. I also LOVED the coffee machine. It isn't your every day machine, or a pot just sitting there. This gives you so many options, expresso, cappuccino, cocoa, and vrs flavors of coffee. My only suggestion is they should have some chips or a few snacks to offer. I was there for approx 3 1/2 hours. I hadn't had breakfast and if Zach hadn't offered the pizza, they probably would have been picking me up off the floor. :-). Thank you Ira Ford for a pleasant experience.
