When we saw one we liked and realized it was more than we wanted to spend, Scott made sure we knew that we wouldn't be spending that much. He sent us out for a test drive after letting us put our car seat into the car and had a price ready for us when we came back. After leaving to test drive one other car, we came back because the other car wasn't as nice, didn't have as many options, and was going to be more expensive than the price we were quoted for the Focus. This was probably the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely bring my buisness back when I am looking for another car. More

I went to this dealership originally looking for a used (2010-ish) SUV. I was greeted by David Haynes. It was a very good deal. I drove 3 vehicles and chose the one I liked. The whole process was very friendly, professional, and pleasant. The finance man (Brian) was very helpful in dealing with my particular financial issues, and helped me in reaching the payments I was looking for. He "introduced" me nicely to the vehicle before going for a test drive, patiently answering my many questions. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, he was able to meet my requirement of having the car made ready, insurance transferred, registration completed, plates transferred, etc. all within less than 24 hours. When I picked up the car he very competently oriented me to all the features, controls, etc. -- many of which were different from my old vehicle. He invited me to return for further help and explanation if necessary. The overall experience was very good. The dealership is clean, neat, and well organized for a pleasant customer experience. More
