My parents and I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car, color, and model I was looking for after shopping around quite a bit. My dad had recently purchased a truck from the same salesman (George) what car, color, and model I was looking for after shopping around quite a bit. They did not have the color I was looking for but they did have the same model with superior features and offered to take the price down since it was over our budget and not the right color. Since I live in Boston and was finishing out my Bachelor's degree my mom took care of the financing meetings for me. We knew that we wanted the car in my name, since I was the one who was purchasing it, and the dealer could not give us a loan that way. My mom felt disrespected and left the dealership and we ended up financing at my bank. When we went to pick up the car they prepared it as fast as they could and the salesman apologized to my mom for the financing issue. Greg thoroughly explained the features of the car and left me feeling extremely competent to figure the rest out. I love my car, a 2012 Ford Focus, and have already put 2200 miles on it in 4 months! When I went looking for a new car I happened to go to Langway because it was close to my house. After looking at the new cars, my salesman showed me an upgrade I could afford because of insentive program Langway because it was close to my house. After the great experience i had at Langway Ford I felt I needed to let people know. I was looking to purchase a 1212 F-150 after looking on-line at different dealers I went on Langways website to see 31!! t needed to let people know. I have bought five vehicles from dealers but have never had a good experience. I went in there with my guard up but after ten minutes i realized there is a totally different atmosphere then i am used to. No pressure, no, someone else is coming to look at this truck in an hour the typical crap you get. Our salesman Elmer was easy going put a plate on the truck let my wife and i go by ourselves he just said come see me whenever you get back. After, our test drive we were introduced to Pete Mathieu whom is the sales manager. Again, i was a little hesitant. But, after what he discounted the new truck and what he gave me for my 2006 we were very pleased. Needless to say, I will only do business with Langway from now on. They have earned my trust and respect 100%. More
