We are sorry for the confusion about the appointment. There was no appointment in our system so he may have assumed it was booked elsewhere being a Nissan. During the multi-point inspection, the technician found the brakes were sticking in the slides, so they wore out faster than normal which happens with low mileage vehicles in salt belt states. When it went through the shop in April 2025 the brakes were fine and measured at about 8mm thickness. I do see you have the 3-oil changes. We understand your frustration and try our best to assist. Jesse and I worked to resolve your concerns — including keeping our truck overnight to road test and reprogram your transmission. We were also offering options to trade or purchase the vehicle. However, a full refund isn’t possible two years and 46,000 miles after your original purchase. While we are always open to discussion, aggressive language and threatening behavior toward our staff is not acceptable. Due to the nature of the interaction, we asked you to leave the dealership and recommended visiting another authorized location for further assistance. Simply not true. We asked MULTIPLE times very directly if there was any possible way for ira to buy back the truck, as we didn’t want to trade it in and still be tied to Ira after this disappointing experience. Dave you then scoffed at our question and said “buying the vehicle back isn’t a thing” and “we don’t know the rules, he does” and to get out which we immediately respected and started to leave even if we were angry. Dave then followed me, my husband and our 2 daughters all the way out to our truck where he told me to “watch my mouth” and had his fingers pointed in our faces. We told him multiple times to walk away, give us space and get away from us several times and had no such luck. One of his employees even came out and was trying to tell Dave to go back inside…Is that not threatening language for a fully grown man to give to a 22 year old woman? We may have used aggressive language as in, “you’re an xxxxxxx” “get the xxxx away from us” but we never threatened anyone or didn’t leave when asked.
