Had a Broken leaf Spring and my u-joints were toast , called the service department , they had me in the next morning for an evaluation, got some numbers together for me, very reasonable, had them upgrad called the service department , they had me in the next morning for an evaluation, got some numbers together for me, very reasonable, had them upgrade to an extra leaf and changed both sides. I added a few fluid services including the rear differential. Parts were ordered and got me back into a service bay a day later. I Was well informed as of the progress, had a courtesy text first thing in the morning then got the vehicle back a little later . When I picked up the vehicle, I had a complete go over with the mechanic. Vehicle feels brand new again ! Rides beautifully! Couldn’t ask for better service !! My truck has a history unfortunately . It’s used commercially. So I’m not its favorite driver , but I know when I’m in need of repair. I can count on everyone there to get me back up and running quickly. !! Shout out to Becca ! I’m not happy with the service truck still acting up want to make it right. I got a recall, O2 sensor done, inspection on it. Didn’t take it for a test drive cause it had no gas in it.
