I have been coming to this dealership for 12 years now. It originally was a Mazda dealership (I have a Mazda 3), but is now a Ford dealership. In my last two visits for service, my service advisor was Andrew McKenzie. Andrew was very trustworthy and transparent in explaining the repairs needed on my vehicle. He found rebates and discounts for me to try to minimize my expenses. It is difficult to find trustworthy and dependable service these days, so shout out to Andrew and Ira Ford.
