So, my previous experiences with Ira Ford Service Department had been negative. I have to say that the service has been excellent the last couple of visits. The staff are polite , very knowledgeable and professional. I’m kept updated the entire time my car in the service bay. I tried three times to get a recall repair done on the windshield of my Transit Connect. The first two times I was promised a call back to schedule when their glass specialist was on site. The third time I scheduled an appointment and was sent home because they didn’t have a backup windshield on hand in case they broke mine trying to reseal it. A month later and after I reached out to them multiple times for updates I was informed the windshield arrived broken and they would not order another one. My advice, go elsewhere. More
