This dealership is absolutely amazing when it comes to service. My car broke down and I had two other dealerships. Tell me absolutely no, or that would be three months until they could fix my car. Andy in the service department did the best thing that he could do and just listen to me and was understanding of my situation and how a broken car can be extremely stressful. They did an amazing job fixing my vehicle, but also setting a realistic timeframe on when it would get done and best of all they kept me up-to-date every minute along the way, I can’t say enough things about how great their service department is not that I ever want my car to break again but if it does, I will definitely be going to Saco Ford hands-down best dealer in the state of Maine. More
