Unacceptable Prime Ford left me a voicemail regarding a recent check payment for an oil change. A bank processing error caused a $55 oil change to draw $1500 from Prime Ford left me a voicemail regarding a recent check payment for an oil change. A bank processing error caused a $55 oil change to draw $1500 from someone else’s payment. In the voicemail, the message Scott received was that my account did not exist and I was told if I didn’t call back with another form of payment by Monday it would be turned into the police. So rather than researching past records and customer relationship (I’ve bought two cars there and made numerous payments with the same exact checking account) I was treated like a criminal. This is completely unacceptable behavior and I will not be servicing my car at Prime Ford Mazda in Saco, ME in the future. More
