Salesperson Allison Irish is excellent. Unfortunately the actual purchasing process is horrible. Bought a new car in March and it was over a two hour wait to get to finance office. Bought a used car on 6/15 and once again was 2.5 hours to get to the finance office. Kicker was I bought the used car in cash - no financing. More
