I was in need of a newer, more reliable vehicle with better fuel efficiency. Being a student, my budget was somewhat limited so value was of concern, as was quality. Shane really made a point to listen to my needs and concerns, and he asked questions to better understand my wants and desires. When he made suggestions, I appreciated that it felt like they were for my benefit and never did I feel like I was being pushed into a sale that wasn't right for me. Shane spent time with me, showing me cars on the Honda lot as well as other Prime lots in town, and he gave me opportunity to experience cars at the top and bottom of my price range to make my own comparisons. In the end, I decided on a 2007 Honda Civic with just 45k miles. It is a 1 owner vehicle, clean as a whistle, and I liked that it was originally purchased from Prime Honda and serviced there throughout the first owners possession. Before the purchase, the only thing that was holding me back was some superficial damage on the rear bumper. In reality it wasn't a total deal breaker but Shane understood my concern. He priced out the cost of getting it repaired by the Prime body shop , and offered to build it into the out-the-door price of the sale. All of this was really transparent and I feel the cost was a great value that I wouldn't have been able to get from a private body shop after leaving to lot. I cannot say enough about my car buying experience with Shane and would recommend him to anyone who will listen. He is there to help but makes sure you are always in the drivers seat (pun intended). If you are looking to purchase a new or used car, whether you know what you want, or if you need some guidance contact Shane first and you'll be in the right vehicle for you in no time. More

He always made my wife and I feel "under control" with his professional manner, knowledge of the vehicle and his dealing with managers and the Finance office.
