He worked with us on getting the car to a price we could afford (their prices are second-to-none in the Southern Maine/NH region - the 2012 Honda Civic we purchased we at least 3k under everyone else's price), and his finance guy (Steve) also explained the warranty process and options extensively. When it's time, we'll return to Prime. More
