Great car buying experience! I just experienced another great car buying experience with Liz Dawes at Prime Honda in Saco. This is the second encounter I have had with Liz and th I just experienced another great car buying experience with Liz Dawes at Prime Honda in Saco. This is the second encounter I have had with Liz and this time was just as rewarding as the first time I purchased a vehicle from her. She listened to my specific vehicle needs and did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle that was not right for me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she paired me up the the approrpiate vehicle. It did not have a navigation system in this particular model so she made arrangements to have one installed at a local installer. When I came to pick it up, she spent 30 minutes reviewing with me how to use the system and made sure I was comfortable all it's features. That is excellent Customer Service!! Great Customer Service This was the first car that I had bought through a dealership so I was very hesitant about making such a big purchase. I had to bring it in to get the bumper fixed and Kevin was great about setting up an appointment and making sure that it was fixed asap. I was apprehensive about staying within my budget in a new car, but they managed to negotiate enough to make the payments work for me.
