The holdup was with Nate and the financing part and the final meeting where we all the extra options were reviewed with us "by law" even though we knew we would decline them. My suggestion is if we are waiting around for financing etc, then review the extras at that time. By the end my kids were flopping on the floor (it took several hours albeit on a saturday) and Nate was sort of clueless as to reading the environment. More
