I wanted to go from a car and truck to one vehicle. I did some research and felt the Honda Ridgeline would be the best vehicle for me. I chose Prime Honda in Saco as I had bought a Honda Fit from them severa some research and felt the Honda Ridgeline would be the best vehicle for me. I chose Prime Honda in Saco as I had bought a Honda Fit from them several years ago. The part about Prime that I like the most is their Service Department. I had called several times to get routine service on the Fit and they were able to schedule me in almost immediately. The Service Managers are polite, informative and give a thorough explanation of what will be done along with an estimated cost.I don't believe they ever went over the estimated price for the final payment. Also, if you have all regularly scheduled maintenance done at Prime you receive a lifetime warranty on the engine and drive train. After a regular scheduled service I made an appointment to meet with sale representative Jehna Flint to discuss trading the Fit in towards a Ridgeline. After a little negotiating, we were able to agree upon a price and move forward in regards the trade. I've had the Ridgeline for about one month and truly enjoy it. The experience of buying and trading in a vehicle at Prime Honda, along with their service department will keep me as loyal customer for some time. More

I had almost given up on the whole car buying experience when, out of sheer luck, my friend and I decided to take a chance on Prime Honda. I must admit, I assumed it would be the same experience I had previ when, out of sheer luck, my friend and I decided to take a chance on Prime Honda. We all know this this song and dance by heart, especially if-like me-you have been looking for the right vehicle for some time.
