I recently purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord at Prime Honda in Maine. I had a very positive experience. The Sales person, Rudy Tumidajski was very accommodating and patient with us...he showed us a number of vehicles and was very thorough in pointing out and demonstrating the various features of each model; I was comfortable test driving each of the models and I never felt rushed. My wife and I eventually made our selection and were treated very respectfully and efficiently with regards to information, financing and processing much of which was expedited by Derek (we were out of state, Florida, which can pose a number of problems; I had no problems). It was a pleasurable experience with no surprises. More

I went to Prime Honda and Dave Clifford helped me figure out what I could afford, while still respecting that I would ideally like another Honda Civic. I never felt pressured or like I was being scammed; the whole time Dave was friendly, helpful, and made sure I got what I really wanted and needed in my price range, and on Labor Day weekend! My family and I worked with Dave Clifford. I have worked with many different sellers at Prime before but Dave easily cared the most about our family. He is determined (but not pushy) to put you in the vehic with many different sellers at Prime before but Dave easily cared the most about our family. I have been to a competitor before that has shown a car that I liked and instead of working on the price they offer worse alternatives. Dave is not like that. We went with a vehicle in mind and left with a vehicle in mind in the end. While there was any downtime such as paperwork for financing he was always making sure my family was comfortable.
