As my first big purchase as a working adult, I leased a 2013 Honda Civic. Heather Cook was my salesperson and she was phenomenal. It was my first time leasing a car, let alone purchase one, and Heather mad 2013 Honda Civic. Heather Cook was my salesperson and she was phenomenal. Hannah Cook could not have treated us better. She was very informative , kind and bursted with energy. She has a huge personality for such a little person. We have bought Hondas since 1982, mostly bought from Zac Casey who is an awesome person and salesman. Fortunately for him he got a big promotion and we thought not so great for us, but... Hannah...HANDS DOWN is coming after Zac Caseys job in 20 years. We couldn't be happier with her. We came in the afternoon and she scooted around as fast as those little legs could go. Working in a "mens" dealership, she can hold her own. We drove home, same day in a new car, having had an awesome experience. I just think she loves her job and is very good at it. No "Ho Hum Glum here. If we had to come up with a complaint, we both felt the financial advisor should believe in the Honda products a little more. He tried to sell us the Honda service contract, and we know he has a tough job but he doesn't quite believe in the electronic wiring under the car. He thinks any place in the northeast will have wiring issues over time because wiring covers expand with heat and contract with cold and tries to convince you, YOU have to have this contract. We disagree. We have always changed our oil and rotated our tires every 6000 miles and NEVER (knock on wood) had a problem over 30 years and both of us drive Hondas. I hope I haven't jinxed us. More

We recently purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot at Prime and had the luck to get Jehna Flint as our salesperson. She is a breath of fresh air in the car buying experience.
