I went online and picked 15 vehicles that I was interested in. I provided my financial information to get pre-approved. I had less than 2.5 hours to see the vehicles in person and decide which on interested in. I provided my financial information to get pre-approved. Not only was I able to purchase the car I wanted in the short amount of time, I even opted for an extra option that they were able to apply inside and out so I could drive home with the car. Very impressed with the way the dealership was able to complete the process in a short amount of time. I liked my sales person, I believed her to be open and honest, not often traits one comes to expect with in today's car dealership. More

We had a wonderful experience with Prime Honda! We did the majority of our transaction over the phone, because we knew we wanted a Pilot, and we live in MA. Francesco Coletti was the sales rep that brought the car down, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He made the paperwork very easy for us, and then he walked me through all the features of our new car! He set up my phone, programmed my garage door opener, and showed me how everything worked. After he left, I realized I forgot something in our traded in car, so called him - he was back at my house in less than 10 minutes so I could grab it. I would absolutely work with him again.
