I walked into Prime Honda thinking about a used Civic and walked out with a brand new one. There was no pressure, my salesman Zachrey Sweatt was professional, honest, did not try to sway me one way or the o walked out with a brand new one. He kept the process moving along and I am so pleased with the entire experience. I knew Prime was tops but this went over the top for me. In addition, he personally scheduled an appointment for me for a touch up, it was something above and beyond what a sale guy had to do. Zach is relatively new to this business but I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. Ask for him when you visit Prime Honda. More

In a general sense, no one likes to have to go car shopping, especially after losing a vehicle in a collision. I found myself in this position last week and was fortunate enough to have hit the right place at the right time on Saturday the 17th of August when I was introduced to Jehna at Prime Honda in Saco. From the beginning, considering that this is a process which is usually painful for me, the entire experience was quite pleasant. No pressure, no turning me when I wanted to leave to think about it, no endless phone calls or any general pushiness. Jehna was professional and seemed genuinely more concerned with what I wanted in a vehicle than getting herself a notch on the board. She asked questions and I could tell from her follow on questions that she was actually listening. My wife and I wound up purchasing from her when there were several other opportunities for the vehicle we wanted. I have a standard saying, “They made more than one”. When it came to deciding who I wanted to get the commission from selling me my next vehicle, Jehna’s demeanor and character, along with the overall sense of a “relaxed, no pressure” atmosphere at Prime Honda, made my choice simple. I have already made plans to replace my wife’s car next year through working with Jehna and Prime, but have referred my niece to her. If you want to (or, as in my case, *have* to) buy a car and you want a good experience and you want to be able to walk away not feeling like you just got shafted; then you should make the trip Prime Honda and Jehna Flint in particular. We stopped in at Prime Honda on a Saturday afternoon as a casual drive by to look at mini-vans. We met Jehna Flint and knew we had the right sales person for us. Every other dealership that we visited we felt that we were either bring smothered or watched on spy-cam. Not with Jehna. She showed us the options that they had on the lot and asked good questions to see what our needs were and what our budget was. In the next couple of business days we exchanged emails where she showed us other mini-vans within the Prime dealerships. We picked out 2 that we were serious about and she made them available to fit our schedule. Within a couple of test drives and some discussions of service options the deal was done. Overall, a good experience and a great sales person to deal with. More
