Ten years ago my husband and I bought an Element from Prime Honda (Used to be Clair Honda). We loved our dealer/salesman (Dave Torstensen) so last week we went back to Prime Honda which is in the same lo Prime Honda (Used to be Clair Honda). We found Josh to be friendly, informative and easy to be around. His grasp of the Honda cars on the lot was impressive. We felt comfortable enough to purchase a car that day, even though buying the car that day was not our objective! In closing, it was our initial relationship with Mr. Torstensen that lead us back to buy another car in the Honda family, so we give credit to both of these individuals. More

I am a loyal accord owner, and though I live in Portland, I take my car to Saco for service, where they are accommodating, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. If you're a customer, they send you useful discount coupons frequently. There's not much not to like about service there. So, when it was time to get a new accord, I went to prime Saco. I generally know what I want and price shop in the region aggressively. Liz (and the other staff at prime) never made me feel like that was a big problem, and they met the best price I found, gave me killer financing, and generally made it all good. Their trade in offer was $3500 below what I ultimately got for my older accord, but that is to be expected - I had little trouble selling it myself. As for Liz Dawes herself, she was really wonderful, attentive, not at all pushy (no one was), and I'd send anyone to her for a new or used car. I'm not a fan of dealers in general, but I've been a customer here for years. This is the first new car I've bought from them, and Liz made the experience really really easy and quite pleasant. She even taught me stuff about my I-devices I didn't know.... I'd call that service that goes above and beyond! More

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with friendliness and an eagerness to assist us. We were asked what our needs were and we were only showed vehicles that met our needs. Dylan was very friendly and polite and extremely patient with our three children that were in tow with us. All of our questions were answered in a very knowledgable manner. When it came time to handle the finance part we felt Mike went the extra mile to see that we drove off in the vehicle we wanted. Also, he was extremely patient with the children during this part too. I came to Prime with a great deal of trepidation. I had recently visited a different dealer to start the search for a replacement car. The very aggressive sales tactics employed by the other dealer left m recently visited a different dealer to start the search for a replacement car. The very aggressive sales tactics employed by the other dealer left me feeling worn and disrespected, so I refused to buy from them...it didn't matter what they came up with. Discouraged, I started anew with the more pressing need of my daughter for a car. We did much research on the internet about car models before coming to Prime, and came armed with information and prepared for the anticipated aggression and sneakiness. Instead, we were cordially greeted by Josh Doyle, who worked with us well. He was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful at all times, asking us not only what we liked about the different cars we were considering, but what we didn't like, in order to find a car we would be happy with. And he found us the perfect car, which was also very fairly priced. Prime is open with its buyers, offering excellent certified cars, CarFax reports for the asking, and priced low from the start. There were no secrets, no haggling, and no aggressive sales tactics. My daughter loves her Honda Fit, and I am now considering one for myself. There is no doubt I will go to Prime for my next purchase. More
