I purchased a new 2012 Honda CRV from Prime Honda. The salesman I worked with was Josh Doyle. He had only been selling cars for about a month. When buying a new car I research any that I am interested in pretty thoroughly. Often I know more than the salesman. I like to know what the salesman knows about the product he is selling. Well Josh passed my test with flying colors. He was knowledgeable, freindly and curtious and as a result got the sale. I am pleased with the deal I got from Prime Honda as well. The staff had been working from a trailer for several months while the main facility was being renovated. They were all freindly and very much looking forward to moving back into their more comfortable quarters. I highly recommend Prime as a place to buy your new Honda. Myself and my wife have owned several Hondas in the past and I am confident that this one will be as good as the others. More

My wife and I came away from this dealer feeling we had been treated with dignity and respect. There were no high pressure tactics used by any of the several people we dealt with. Upon arrival at the dealership there was no attempt by the sales personnel to change what we had agreed. We also discovered how well the ownership values and treats its employees. It sounds like a great place to work. we will certainly return to Prime for our next car and have already recommended to to others. More

I recently bought a 2012 Honda Fit from Prime and the entire experience was a breeze. I wasn't sure what to expect going in. I anticipated a heavy sales pitch. Nope, Dylan came up, introduced himself as a relatively new sales person at Prime and we started the process. In a matter of about 2 hours I owned the car. Both he and Mike were friendly, informative and helpful. I should add here that my credit is so-so but Mike made it work and I came away with a payment I can handle. I did not get a rate that someone with top notch credit would, but I did not expect to. Prime means it when they say that they say yes when others say no. I expect to drive the Fit for many years but will return to Prime for the next vehicle too. More

Once we decided on the car we wanted she quickly work to get us a great deal on a great car. I also like to mention how great Mike the Sales/Business Manager was as he got us a lower interest rate than what our credit union quoted us. We were so pleased we are thinking about going back to see Elizabeth and trading in my wife's car. More

When we arrived at the dealership, Eric Michaelsen greeted us on the lot and once he knew what we were looking for, he was extremely helpful. He introduced us to Hanna, the person we had been dealing with through the internet when looking for the best price. Eric let us test drive the vehicle and answered all of our questions and worked hard with the office to get us the best price and interest rate that he could.
