Like many people do these days, I went online to research possible vehicles to purchase that might bring payments down on my Toyota Rav4. I had decided on a few different manufactures and headed out to Saco. I stopped at Prime Honda first to see if they had anything that would fill my requirements. Boy, did they. First of all, Dylan Carmichael was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and funny. I had sold cars myself, back in 1995 and knew tricks dealers try, but Dylan completely disarmed me. We even played "stump the chump" with some auto trivia questions. He listened to what my needs were and helped me pick a couple cars that would fit my needs. I will not hesitate to send anyone to see him. I was able to drive away in a new Accord, with the lower payments I was looking for. I will definately be back to Prime Honda in the furure. More

We found Josh to be friendly, informative and easy to be around. His grasp of the Honda cars on the lot was impressive. We felt comfortable enough to purchase a car that day, even though buying the car that day was not our objective! In closing, it was our initial relationship with Mr. Torstensen that lead us back to buy another car in the Honda family, so we give credit to both of these individuals. More

I am a loyal accord owner, and though I live in Portland, I take my car to Saco for service, where they are accommodating, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. If you're a customer, they send you useful discount coupons frequently. There's not much not to like about service there. So, when it was time to get a new accord, I went to prime Saco. I generally know what I want and price shop in the region aggressively. Liz (and the other staff at prime) never made me feel like that was a big problem, and they met the best price I found, gave me killer financing, and generally made it all good. Their trade in offer was $3500 below what I ultimately got for my older accord, but that is to be expected - I had little trouble selling it myself. As for Liz Dawes herself, she was really wonderful, attentive, not at all pushy (no one was), and I'd send anyone to her for a new or used car. I'm not a fan of dealers in general, but I've been a customer here for years. This is the first new car I've bought from them, and Liz made the experience really really easy and quite pleasant. She even taught me stuff about my I-devices I didn't know.... I'd call that service that goes above and beyond! More

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with friendliness and an eagerness to assist us. We were asked what our needs were and we were only showed vehicles that met our needs. Dylan was very friendly and polite and extremely patient with our three children that were in tow with us. All of our questions were answered in a very knowledgable manner. When it came time to handle the finance part we felt Mike went the extra mile to see that we drove off in the vehicle we wanted. Also, he was extremely patient with the children during this part too.
