We reached an agreement on the price via the internet, yet it still took three hours to close the deal without a test drive. With all of the waiting around you feel like you are in a time share sales office! Compared to others we have purchased from, a low mark to reach, they were the best I've dealt with since Saturn and they are out of business! They did want us to do this survey and give all fives, they make that point on more then one occassion. More
