I sent an email request for information, within 2 hours I had an email from Raphael and a phone call. Also told me the offers they were running for President's Day sales. I picked the color he got the keys and away we went on a test drive. Again very comfortable talking to him. He was a real star and I appreciated working with him. More
I was very stressed out about buying a new car -- something I had never done before in my life. At the dealership the salesperson, Rafael, put me and my friends right at ease. There was never any hardsell or pressure. We test drove the Honda Fit we were interested in, went around 195 a couple of times and finally decided to go for it. Raphael helped set things up quickly -- including insurance -- so we could drive off with the car that day even though it was getting late. When I did the finances with Traci, same thing -- no pressure, straight talk, a real person on the other side of the desk. She even recommended me a good dentist in town here! They actually made it kind of fun to buy a car -- if that's possible. And of course I'm very happy with the Fit. I would definitely recommend this place, and look forward to getting my service here as long as I own my car. More
I came to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted (model and color), accessories and ballpark figure on cost and trade-in. And I must admit, not only did they meet the price I was looking / asking for, they did it in an incredibly professional, yet personal and friendly manner. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles, and this was the best new car purchase experience I have ever had!! Dan Roy (Sales) was very responsive to my needs and went above and beyond (or should I say, far and wide) in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. He made sure the process went smoothly and quickly. Mike Gibel (Finance) was thorough in reviewing my contract options, explaining all the details in a professional manner. All of this with no sense of pressure or the usual car sales shenanigans I have often experienced. In summary, I would highly recommend this dealership, and specifically Dan and Mike for anyone looking for new or used Honda's!! I look forward to future buying experiences with these folks. Dan was extremely helpful in my purchase of a 2008 Honda Civic. I had done a lot of online research and picked out a couple vehicles; two of them resided at Prime Honda in Saco, Maine. When I first got there and start browsing the lot with my father, we were unable to locate the vehicles I had seen online. However, Dan came out to us and asked what I was looking for or interested in. When I was describing the vehicles I had seen online, he immediately knew where they were located. I test drove both cars and was very satisfied with both of them. Before we went to his office, he made sure I knew all of the other options I had avaiable to me; from the "clearance lot" to a few other vehicles that were "more car for the buck". The overall financing and minor details went very smoothly. Mike showed me all of my available extra "optional options" that I was able to choose from. I was introduced to most of the other staff members from other departments and everyone was extremely friendly and excited for me about my new car. I have received cards and a letter thanking me for my business and letting me know that Dan and Mike are available if I ever have any questions or concerns about anything. The hardest part decision of the day was whether I should go for the 4-door or the 2-door Civic. I went with the 2-door and I am extremely happy with my choice. I drive a lot, so the great ga milage definitely makes a difference in my commute to work. I hope to make my next purchase at Prime Honda!! (and hopefully that won't be for a long time :) ) More
I went to Prime Honda looking for a specific used car (Honda S-2000) that I was having a hard time locating anywhere in Maine. Although they did not have one (Nor did the 4 other dealerships I had alrea (Honda S-2000) that I was having a hard time locating anywhere in Maine. Although they did not have one (Nor did the 4 other dealerships I had already visited.), unlike the other car lots, Dave (Torstensen) took the time to take down my information with the promise of trying to find one for me. Lo and behold, I got a call from him a couple of weeks later saying he had located one. I was shocked not only to hear from him but also by the quality of the (used) vehicle. Without any pressure to buy the car, he took time for a test drive with me and to explain its features. All the while, we had a good time discussing old cars and their merits. This truly was a great experience and he did an excellent job finding me a near mint 2000 Honda S-2000. Not only Dave but everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and friendly. Thanks to all, especially Dave for a job well done. More

My driver's side window broke, I brought it to Prime Honda because I bought the car from Prime and I thought I would get good service. The y fixed the window for $500 after a discount because they got the wrong parts and I had to fend for myself and get a vehicle for a day while they finally fixed the problem. After a few weeks the window failed and fell into the door, (nothing holding it in). I brought it backand had to leave the car there another day, after sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours. They did pay for a rental car. Due to this problem they had to replace the window which I had to pay $130 for after I paid them $500 to fix the window!!!!!! More
Service is great. Everybody is so friendly and you don't feel uncomfortable. It happen that I was there on Saturday and they have a little cookout and provided you lunch.
