My driver's side window broke, I brought it to Prime Honda because I bought the car from Prime and I thought I would get good service. The y fixed the window for $500 after a discount because they got t Honda because I bought the car from Prime and I thought I would get good service. The y fixed the window for $500 after a discount because they got the wrong parts and I had to fend for myself and get a vehicle for a day while they finally fixed the problem. After a few weeks the window failed and fell into the door, (nothing holding it in). I brought it backand had to leave the car there another day, after sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours. They did pay for a rental car. Due to this problem they had to replace the window which I had to pay $130 for after I paid them $500 to fix the window!!!!!! More

Service is great. Everybody is so friendly and you don't feel uncomfortable. It happen that I was there on Saturday and they have a little cookout and provided you lunch. DEAL was done in less than 20 minutes from arrival-- WOW-- We picked up our new CRV in a couple of days--it was perfect. Maria was just super in guiding us through the dealership--- service dept--etc-and all the features on our new Honda CRV. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years and I can HONESTLY say this was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. All the folks we came in contact with at Prime Honda were very polite and friendly--they all seemed to enjoy their work!!! John helped us with the cash for clunkers program. We traded in a dodge Caravan for a 2009 Honda Fit. This program proved to be a lot of work, and John was there to give us updates, and make sure we had traded in a dodge Caravan for a 2009 Honda Fit. Maria has always been very professional and curteous and more than willing to listen to our needs and to try to help us meet them. She has always handled the details of the lease/sale with great care and we will definitely call her in the future for our auto needs. When I went there to look at an advertised vehicle it was being viewed by another customer. I did wait an exceptionally long time there to find out that it was purchased by another customer. Unfortunately that vehicle was purchased by another but before I left the building they had located me, at one of the other stores a vehicle which I own now and like more than the one I originally went there to look at. Maria has helped me with any little thing I have had concern with and even gets me a cup of coffee when I come in for service..
