I was in the market for a new vehicle.I was looking for either,a Toyota,Honda,or Acura. I test drove the Toyota 1st,then proceded to the Honda dealership down the street and test drove a comparable vehicle either,a Toyota,Honda,or Acura. I then proceded to an Acura dealership,only to find out Acura no longer was making a 2 door coupe. At the Honda dealership I was immediately greeted and was asked if I was there to see someone in particular. My response was no, and was then greeted by Tim Mariano,salesman. I told him what I was looking for and he said there was a new 2008 available if I was interested in test driving,which I did. Prior to driving Tim was very thorough in explaining the various features of the Accord I was about to drive. The test ride went well and I said I needed to check the Acura, but I did prefer the Accord over the Toyota Solara. Two days later I received a letter and telephone call from Tim asking about the vehicle I test drove. I told him the vehicle was fine but the color was not. He suggested I look at his 2009 inventory, which had some variety. My wife and I visited the dealership a couple of days later, test drove a vehicle which we decided we liked. We received some quotes for either leasing or purchasing. I told him I needed to speak to my accountant Monday.No high pressure from Tim or his supervisor Dennis. On Tuesday afternoon I drove away in the new vehicle. Our experience was very good at this dealership.Tim seemed to be very knowledgable, presented himself very well and was friendly but not "pushy".Other employees we met were friendly and courteous.I would definitely recommend Tim and this dealership to friends or family if they were in the market for a Honda vehicle. More

My experience with this dealership was great. I was being somewhat picky and both Zac and Joe were able to find everything I wanted in only the two days I was going to be in the area. I have purchased 7 Honda's from Saco Honda which became Claire which is now Prime and have had excellent experiences every time. Maria has been my sales person for 5 of the cars-she had changed roles from Claire which is now Prime and have had excellent experiences every time. Maria has been my sales person for 5 of the cars-she had changed roles from the sales job for a period of time which is the only reason I did not purchase the other 2 from her. I cannot say enough good things about Maria-she knows the product inside and out and has top knotch customer service skills. She has a willing can-do attitude and really listens to the customer's wants and needs. I always feel that I am treated with fairness and honesty and that I got the best deal possible. When I take my vehicles there for service I always stop in to Sales to see what is new and say hello to Maria. I would recommend this dealership and Maria to anyone! More

I had owned my very first car for 6 years and it lasted me all the way through high school and college. Although I did not want a brand new car, I wanted one that was fairly new and that I could rely on for hopefully another 5-6 years. A friend of mine gave me Michael Brown's, of Prime Honda in Saco, number and let me know that as a Prime sales person Mike was able to sell any new or used Honda specifically but also that he was able to sell any other used Prime vehicle. This versatility was very intriguing to me. I gave Mike a call and he was not only professional, but also very informative and in tuned to what I was looking for in a car. I was particularly interested in Toyota vehicles so Mike did his research and based on the descriptions of what I wanted, had the perfect car waiting for me to test drive when I got to the dealership. I could tell that through the whole process Mike was on my side and would do what he could to get me the car that I wanted for a price that I could work with. He was a helping hand throughout the whole car buying process and truly put me into a no-pressure situation by letting me know to make the best decision for myself and to take as much time as I needed. I went to many dealers looking for a dependable used car within my price range. Unfortunately, my son had just totalled his car and needed transportation to commute to college on a daily basis. It was very difficult in trying to find a car which we could afford until we saw the Buick LeSabre on Prime's lot. Phil went over his list of cars available and pointed this car out to us. It was a car that I thought my wife would like but not necessarily my son's type but it worked out great for us. My wife liked the car upon a visit the following day and we purchased it for her. My son liked my wife's Impala so everyone came out happy. Phil did a great job in listening to our needs and assisted us in a no-pressure way of obtaining a much needed replacement verhicle. Phil was very informative in explaining all the features of the car even though it was not one of the "Honda" signature cars. I would highly recommend Phil as your next car saleperson contact. More
