I have owned 3 CRV’s and had them all serviced at Ira Honda in Saco. Until today the service and service reps have been pretty good. Today was a total disappointment. I felt like I was visiting a restaur Honda in Saco. Until today the service and service reps have been pretty good. Today was a total disappointment. I felt like I was visiting a restaurant the day before it was going out of business. I was treated by the service rep as though He was totally bored, wished he were somewhere else and had no time for me. He never acknowledged me and when presenting me with my bill just flipped it onto the cashiers counter and walked off. After waiting at the cashiers counter for 10 minutes I had to flag someone down to pay my bill. When leaving the dealership I found the plastic folder I keep my insurance card and registration thrown on the passenger seat separate from the folder. There were most definitely disgruntled employees servicing my car today. Perhaps they are shutting down soon. More

Dealerships have the reputation of being more expensive than a local garage. That is not my experience with Ira Honda. They have always worked with me and my budget. They show me what needs to be done now and what will need attention in the future. I needed my car inspected today and it passed without needing anything. They could have told me it needed something and I wouldn’t have known any different. I can’t say enough good about the dealership and Tommy Larason their service advisor. I will keep bringing my car here for service and keep recommending Ira Honda in Saco Maine. More
