I recently made a vehicle protection claim for a defective sunroof on a car I bought from here roughly 3 years ago, thinking that I would be covered. However, my claim was denied, even though I had defective sunroof on a car I bought from here roughly 3 years ago, thinking that I would be covered. However, my claim was denied, even though I had the “platinum” plan, was within the 75,000 mile cut-off as it described, confirmed that the sunroof was listed as a covered item under “electronics”, and confirmed that it was NOT listed under “exclusions”. Lesson to self/caution to others: never, under any circumstances, purchase “vehicle service protection” from this or any other dealership, as they will do everything humanly possible to weasel out standing behind it. It's a TOTAL SCAM and RIP-OFF! More
