I had an overall negative experience at this dealership. I was given the impression numerous times during my interactions that I wasn’t to be taken seriously as a young female. Small examples include my boy I was given the impression numerous times during my interactions that I wasn’t to be taken seriously as a young female. Small examples include my boyfriend being greeted but not me, and being asked “are you sure this how much you pay monthly or is that split with others?” when I pay 100% of my rent on my own. On the day of signing when everything was supposedly taken care of (including financing, just had to sign off), I was given an increased APR after previously having a credit report run and given a quote. Upon signing this suddenly changed. This normally wouldn’t have been an issue despite the fact there were so many other problems and we ended up spending over 6 hours there (and I work overnight). When I went to pay, I was almost charged $4,000 down before I confirmed I previously put $500 down as a hold on the vehicle. The woman at the counter was even arguing with the salesman that he was doing things incorrectly, which was just a bit awkward. To make matters worse, I was given the key to a different car upon leaving and had to go back in which was surprising and felt typical at that point. I felt like my time and money simply weren’t respected. I don’t normally review companies or feel the need to complain, but I was shocked at how I felt I was treated and messy the process was. I will say the Service Department is fantastic and Tommy in particular and the building is spotless. Altogether, though, I was disappointed in my new car search and financing experience and wouldn’t recommend the Sales Department of Ira Honda Saco. More

So far all of my encounters with this dealership have been stellar. I generally despise car dealerships, but Ira Honda has had a perfect record of doing what needs to be done to service my three vehicles been stellar. I came in just for a free oil change on my 2013 Honda. I did know that I was also due for a tire rotation. There was NO pressure from the service department and that was refreshing.
