I recently made a vehicle protection claim for a defective sunroof on a car I bought from here roughly 3 years ago, thinking that I would be covered. However, my claim was denied, even though I had defective sunroof on a car I bought from here roughly 3 years ago, thinking that I would be covered. However, my claim was denied, even though I had the “platinum” plan, was within the 75,000 mile cut-off as it described, confirmed that the sunroof was listed as a covered item under “electronics”, and confirmed that it was NOT listed under “exclusions”. Lesson to self/caution to others: never, under any circumstances, purchase “vehicle service protection” from this or any other dealership, as they will do everything humanly possible to weasel out standing behind it. It's a TOTAL RIP-OFF! More
The worst ever experience. I have been coming here for years but will not be back. On two separate occasions I brought my car in and could not reach the service department I have been coming here for years but will not be back. On two separate occasions I brought my car in and could not reach the service department at all to find out about my car. They were supposed to pick me up and did not…. Finally i got a ride from a coworker and took my car back. I had left voicemails, called reception, even spoke to a salesman and no one helped me. I picked my car up Friday and Monday your service department called and asked if I wanted the work done or did I want to pick up my car….I tried to call back to let them know I had picked it up three days ago but guess what?? I couldn’t get through!!!! I took my car to someone else and had it repaired for less and in three hours. I don’t know what is going on over there but I won’t be back. Tami Somers More
I move back in 2021 to Maine and tried every Honda dealership service center from Augusta all the way down to Southern Maine and have only encountered the best excellent customer service experience wi dealership service center from Augusta all the way down to Southern Maine and have only encountered the best excellent customer service experience with Ira Honda Saco. Any employee of Ira Honda Saco aren't ever too busy to answer questions. When receiving my vehicle back each time after service I've never had to go back due to issues of not fully inspecting my vehicle or having to resetting any of the functionalities like the oil percentage, Etc. The Ira Honda Saco Service technicians are always top notch. More

Alberto is a huge asset to the dealership. He was able to get my headlight assembly changed over due to one light out and the other one was dim under warranty . Parts were available so he scheduled my car for the work and topped it off with a state inspection. Total time about 3 hours, not bad for a drop in appointment. ( Alberto need a pay increase) More
