Overcharged every time I go in Overcharged and when I mentioned it, the “customer service” representative gave me a hard time about being upset about being charged an additional 60$ Overcharged and when I mentioned it, the “customer service” representative gave me a hard time about being upset about being charged an additional 60$ for something that probably took 2 minutes to do. Costly, rude staff , and terrible work The service manager was very impatient and a terrible communicator on what was going on with repairs. Other staff made calls to both me and my husband The service manager was very impatient and a terrible communicator on what was going on with repairs. Other staff made calls to both me and my husband and made the repair process completely confusing . He told the other staff to tell me that he had talked to my husband when in actuality he had only just left a message. They are not trustworthy And there are too many people to deal with who have no idea what they’re talking about. When we were driving away we noticed that the repair tech didn’t bother to reprogram the radio so we needed to look up how to fix it on YouTube. While fixing my starter, they also broke other parts on my car (that they luckily covered) but we were without a vehicle for several days longer than we should have been and they never told us. Terrible and rediculously expensive. Never again. More
