A 2011 Jeep should by no means be priced at 14000 with no room to negotiate price. Also only 7500 for trade 2015 chrysler 200s with 84000 miles in perfect condition. Not the beat Brought car in for an inspection.... ended up having to go back and bring registration for then to do it because it "didnt show up that way" on their Brought car in for an inspection.... ended up having to go back and bring registration for then to do it because it "didnt show up that way" on their system... even though thats what I actually booked, and added in notes it needed an oil change also. They called and told me it was required in state of Maine for inspection and completely disregarded appointment info. Also, were rude from the drop off, stating things like "what does that even mean" when I stated the vehicle was last checked out end of February in California and they told me I waa good for an oil change until 6,000 miles. Super rude and was completely unimpressed. They made me feel like I was a clueless idiot. To top it off, they told us it would be 15 to 20 minutes for inspection, so we went to store, then got a call 5 minutes later that it was all set. Obviously, we would have waited if we knew it would only be that. More
