Truly an excellent Service experience! I’m not from the area, but I had a quick question I’d been meaning to ask and impulsively pulled in while on my way to visit family. Even though I did not purchase my CPO Honda here, I was treated like family. Alan was my tech and did an outstanding job helping me, along with the other service team just overall being awesome people. I sent a long email to Dennis and Ryan detailing my experience, and I literally couldn’t be more stoked. Thanks for answering all my giddy Type R questions, Alan! Lol. Very professional I went it with a scheduled appointment, but was originally put off by how busy it was inside. I was worried my appointment would mean nothing and I wo I went it with a scheduled appointment, but was originally put off by how busy it was inside. I was worried my appointment would mean nothing and I would be there for hours. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and told me it would be about an hour (which is the amount of time I had to wait the last time my oil was changed, and it was much less busy). I waiting in a very comfortable waiting room, helped myself to a delicious complimentary cookie, and then was greeted in almost exactly an hour. They did exactly what I asked, nothing more, and did not try to upsell me anything. It was as perfect as it could have gone! I would also like to mention my service advisor was Cory Peck. He told me he was relatively new, but I would have guessed he had been there for years. Despite the long lines, he was quick, curteous, and went out of his way to make sure I was acknowledged even though I was not next. He is going to do very very well. More
