What a great attitude! He demonstrated initiative and ability in handling the situation. I do not often see such exceptional customer service, competence and skillful communication skills in young adults these days. It is refreshing and truly helps to make the world a happier place. Happy with Honda I wish car prices weren't as stupid as they are. That being said, Prime Honda made it as painless as possible. Great at the time of sale - not at all down the road I just had a regular car service as I have done since I bought my (third) car from Prime. I purchased the extended warranty and the car care plan at t I just had a regular car service as I have done since I bought my (third) car from Prime. I purchased the extended warranty and the car care plan at the time of sale. Surprisingly, my car did not pass ‘inspection’ for a sticker. After telling me I needed $2500 of work, including 4 new tires, struts and shocks - and the labor that goes with those fixes. I was very surprised to hear this since I have a 6 year old car with less than 40000 miles and followed every service interval recommended . The service rep I dealt with had no knowledge of the protection plans I had purchased at the time of sale. Trust me, they were all about it at the time of sale- but 6 years later, have no knowledge of it. So I brought it to the attention of the service man who, after checking in to it, called me to say that some of the work would be covered. Then I also told him that my car servicing should have been done at no charge to me. He again had no knowledge of this coverage. He credited me for that. At this point I am questioning other work done that should have been covered. The ‘complimentary’ car wash and vacuum didn’t happen this visit either - so the honeymoon is over. I am so very disappointed that I am no longer able to trust these people and will find another dealership for my future business. More
